Is JoyPDF signature legally binding?

JoyPDF provides visual electronic signature - image of sign on page - accepted for many commercial contracts in US/UK/EU everyday business, but not for all document types (land registry, wills, some government forms). eIDAS qualified signatures need certified providers. Confirm with legal counsel whether drawn signature suffices for your deal value and jurisdiction. JoyPDF doesn't provide identity verification or tamper-evident certificate chain.

Can I save my signature for reuse?

Session-based draw/type/upload - browser session holds signature until you close tab unless app caches locally in your browser storage per implementation. Don't save signature PNG on shared PC desktop. For frequent signers, keep personal PNG in password manager attachments and upload each time on trusted device.

Will signature be removable by recipient?
